Grow Your Career with Purpose
Whether you’re just beginning your career or exploring a new path, BHI offers opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Leadership Development
At BHI, we believe that investing in our people is the most powerful way to strengthen our communities.
Through our LEAD development programs, we are committed to growing leaders at every stage of their journey. Our foundational program, Lead with Impact, is a six-month experience designed to build essential leadership capabilities; helping leaders grow in how they support teams, navigate challenges, and lead with empathy and accountability.
Building on that foundation, Lead with Purpose represents the evolution of our Fellows program. This enhanced, 12-month experience continues that legacy while expanding the focus on strategic thinking, enterprise leadership, and preparing high-potential leaders for broader organizational impact. Together, these programs reflect our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within, fostering strong leadership and creating meaningful opportunities for our people to grow and thrive.
